Customers are advised that whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy of colour, images on a website will vary depending on monitor settings. It is recommended that when ordering waistcoats and neckwear that swatches are first obtained and examined by using the on-line facility to request swatches. Variation in batch numbers of fabric will vary slightly and customers are advised to place all their requirements on one order.
Customers should allow 30 days from order for production, despatch and delivery of items ordered. To ensure complete customer satisfaction items of neckwear and waistcoats should not be ordered less than two months prior to the wedding or function date for which goods are required and early ordering is advised.
Payment for goods will be by cheque or by funds transfer by prior arrangement with Groomservice Limited or by credit or debit card using the on-line shopping facility. All goods are to be paid for in full (including VAT and delivery charges) prior to despatch.
Goods will be despatched by Royal Mail or by courier depending on type of goods being sent. A signature acknowledging receipt of the goods will be required from the recipient. Customers will be advised by post, fax or e-mail of the date of despatch. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 customers have the right to cancel an order within 7 working days and obtain a refund save in the case of bespoke items or items personalised for the customer. Customers may cancel orders by sending notification by fax to 0151 348 4887 or by post to Groomservice Limited, P.O. Box 62, Heswall, Wirral, CH60 6WA up to seven days after order unless production services begin earlier with the customer's agreement. If a customer exercises a statutory right to cancel the items delivered in fulfilment of an order placed they must be returned unused and in their original condition by post to the above address within 7 days of notification of cancellation. The liability of Groomservice Limited for claims howsoever arising shall not exceed the value of the goods ordered by or supplied to the customer and liability for any consequential loss however arising is excluded. Customers' statutory rights remain unaffected.
