Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our range, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.

We are constantly adding to and improving our range of merchandise. If you do not see what you want at this time, please do come back soon or contact us with your enquiry.

Shipping and Handling

Products shipped from our warehouse will be dispatched utilising Royal Mail services. Where appropriate we will utilise a recorded mail service to ensure delivery so please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign.

For international customers products will be shipped using Royal Mail.

For bulk orders a courier delivery service is available, for more information please email us at info@groomservice.co.uk.

Delivery Schedule

Stock items: We will normally send your order to your in 14 business days. International orders are generally received in 21 days.
Bespoke items: We will normally send your orders to you in 30 business days and international orders within 35 business days unless you express order option is chosen in which case within 10-15 business days respectively.

PLEASE NOTE that no orders can be accepted and processed during the month of December but all orders place during this time will receive our immediate attention after the New Year break.
